Visit Bible Mission was founded in 1927 by the Église Évangélique Baptiste du Tabernacle (Paris), from which its first missionaries set out to bring the Gospel to Côte d'Ivoire.
For historical reasons, the company's activities have been concentrated mainly in the Southwest Ivory CoastBut it has also spread to other regions of the country.
Since 1976, under a mutual aid agreement, La Mission Biblique has been replaced by theUnion des Églises Évangéliques Services et Œuvres de Côte d'Ivoire (UEESO-CI).
Nearly four hundred people sent by the MB have accompanied the UEESO-CI churches in their spiritual and social development, setting up numerous projects (schools, technical and agricultural training, early childhood and family care, etc.).
The churches born of his work have become autonomous, while maintaining close partnerships with the MB.
In 1996, this close collaboration led to the launch of theUnion Évangélique Baptiste de Haïti to sign a collaboration agreement with the MB.
